11 Ways to Increase Energy and Raise Your Vibration

1. Movement - of course dance and workouts are amazing to clear your head and increase your energy, but even a 10-minute walk around the block, walking in place at home, or gentle stretching can be beneficial in clearing stuck energy and getting your meridians back to flowing, uplifting your mood.
​
2. Meditation - stillness and quiet - a luxury these days, can get you back into a calm, collected, aligned state where you can make better decisions. If your mind is too busy to focus on stillness, try a guided meditation. Pick one that speaks to you. There are many to choose from on YouTube.
​
3. Breath work - take 3 deep breaths. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, breath out for 8 counts visualizing stress like a dark gray energy leaving through your breath, hold at the bottom for 4 counts. Stop and do this slowly anytime you begin feeling overwhelmed.
​
4. Visualizations/Vision Boards - tap into your inner child and dream about your future no matter your age. Think about best case scenarios to the point of excitement and giddiness. Draw, paint, or create a collage. Feel the feelings as if it were a done deal that all your wishes and dreams came true, and they just might.
5. Commune with Nature - hug that tree. Sit in a field, in a park or on a beach and feel the sun on your face, that steadfast, reliable consistency that rises every day to bring us warmth and light without fail. Have a picnic on a mountain. Jump into a waterfall. Watch the birds having a joyous day. If they can do it you can too.

6. Declutter and Feng Shui - the space you surround yourself with affects your energy in subtle but profound ways. Not all of us are Monica Gellers that love cleaning, but the benefits of existing in a clutter-free environment are so enormous it makes the horror of the task worth it. Clear the bedroom first.

7. Bless your Food and Water - in the olden days, saying grace before every meal was a ritual that has been somewhat lost to history. Energetically, it actually has merit. Blessing what you consume with gratitude, a high vibrational emotion, raises its energetic vibration so it will better nourish your body. No, really.
​
8. Gratitude - speaking of gratitude, if you begin your day listing what you are grateful for in your head, your day will greatly improve from the start. There is always something to be grateful for - the air you breathe, for one. Keeping gratitude top of mind lifts your energy, and your life will begin to improve.
​
9. Journaling - writing down your feelings helps you process them. Typing works, but actually physically writing is incredibly beneficial. It will help you process your emotions and past experiences. Try it first thing in the morning (or anytime). Just start writing - write anything you want for 10 minutes. It can surprise you.
​
10. Self Care - as soon as you find yourself focusing on what you don't want, or a past replay that keeps you stressed and depressed, turn your attention to pampering yourself in some simple way . Take a break, a bath, a facial or massage and reach for envisioning the dreams that light you up or make you laugh.
​
11. Music - listening to your favorite songs, tuning everything else out, singing at the top of your lungs, is another great way to process your emotions and clear your energy. The songs you are currently attracted to are the ones with the message you currently need the most. Dancing to it is an extra energetic bonus.
