At Higher Light Wellness, each session is a calm, supportive space where you can release trapped emotions and what no longer serves you. Benefits can include but are not limited to reduced stress, improved mental clarity, increased energy levels, enhanced emotional stability, and a deeper connection to ones inner self and purpose. You remain in control at all times.
Please note: Remote sessions can be scheduled at any available time.
In-person sessions are only available the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month.
In-person sessions require traversing 15 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Private Individual Session
Tailored to your unique energetic needs. Using trauma-informed energy practices, this session facilitates stress reduction, mental clarity and focus, release of trapped negative emotions, fostering holistic wellness, grounding and energetic re-boot for emotional balance and overall well-being.

A focused session for clients seeking brief but effective energy support for quick resets during busy schedules. Release the most imposing trapped emotion you are ready to let go of with the support of Reiki energetic guidance, grounding and protection. Perfect for maintaining ongoing balance between full sessions.

Partner/Family/Friends
Tailored to your unique situation, we work together, supporting each other, to resolve the energetic blockage contributing to the disconnect between you. Using trauma-informed energy practices, this session facilitates release of trapped negative emotions contributing to a poor family, partner or friend dynamic, grounding and energetic reconnection to clear the air, move forward, and start fresh from right where you are. But only if you love each other. Sessions can only accommodate two at a time.

Animal Friends
Higher Light Wellness is not just for cats and dogs. Any animals struggling with stress or depression are welcome to this session. Remote sessions are available, or I am willing to travel within a reasonable radius from Warwick, NY for in-person sessions tailored to your animal's unique energetic needs. Using trauma-informed energy practices, this session facilitates stress reduction, and the release of trapped negative emotions that are triggering your animal friend. Through gentle energy grounding and protection, your animal will guide me to what their particular needs are to feel more emotional balance and overall well-being.
Duration: 15-30 minutes (depending on animal)
