My Story
Higher Light Wellness was born from a simple, yet profound realization: true healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. I listen beyond words, honoring the unique emotional and energetic needs of each individual with respect and non-judgement.

My journey into energy work began through my own experiences navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and moments of life's uncertainty. As a child, I grew up in that perfect middle class home that smiled at church and went home to chaos, abuse, neglect and screaming behind closed doors. I took solace in my stuffed Lassie dog and our cat. I learned at an early age how to read people and "read the room" so I could be ready to brace myself for the next oncoming emotional outburst. Later in life, I found I had honed my intuition skills to the point where I could easily determine who was safe and who wasn't. Who was lying and who wasn't. What street I should walk down and which one I should avoid. What that animal was trying to communicate that everyone else seemed to ignore.

Creating Higher Light Wellness has been a life-long journey of study and practice of bridging the gap between science and spirituality. Energy is what we are made of, and regularly clearing your energy is crucial to our health and well-being.

She is an energy intuitive who has cultivated a deep understanding of how subtle energy supports balance, clarity, and resilience. Higher Light Wellness holds space as a safe, judgment free zone for releasing what is not serving your highest potential, so you can shine on as the brilliant and unique diamond you really are.
